The Williams Students for Social Justice Alternative Gift Fair will be held on Saturday, December 6, from 11 am-6 pm in our Fellowship Hall.

The annual Christmas Service of Lessons and Carols at Williams College will be held at 4 pm on both Saturday and Sunday, December 6 and 7 in Thompson Memorial Chapel.

There will be a Special Meeting of the Congregation to discuss the 2009 budget following the 10:30 am Communion Service on Advent II, Sunday, December 7.

The Women of the Church are invited to the annual Boar’s Head Luncheon at the Williams Inn at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, December 9.  The cost is $10 per person.

Everyone is invited to reenact Mary and Joseph’s search for shelter in Bethlehem at the Family Posada and Supper beginning at 4:30 pm on Thursday, December 11. (Snow date is December 18.)

The Northern Berkshire Habitat for Humanity Christmas Tree Showcase will be held in our Fellowship Hall from 1-7 pm on Saturday, December 13, as part of the Williamstown Holiday Walk.

Mill City Productions will present a staged reading of Truman Capote’s “A Christmas Memory” at 4 pm on Saturday, December 13, in our Sanctuary.

Quintessential will present their original holiday cantata “What Owls Do” at 6 pm on Saturday, December 13, in our Sanctuary.

We will go caroling to shut-ins following the 10:30 am service on Advent III, Sunday, December 14.

Monday, December 15 is the deadline for articles for the January issue of the FCC Newsletter!

On Advent IV, Sunday, December 21, our Sunday School families will create an outdoor living Creche (complete with a live burro and calf!) following the 10:30 am service.

Gail Burns, Hank Flynt, and the 1753 House Committee invite everyone to the Annual 1753 House Carol Sing at 7:30 pm on Monday, December 22, at the 1753 House on Field Park.  Bundle up and bring a candle!

Come to our Candlelight Christmas Eve Service at 5 pm on Wednesday, December 24. A brief Wassail Bowl Reception will follow the service.

In the tradition of our pilgrim ancestors, this church does not hold worship services on Christmas Day. However, the Church Office will be closed on Thursday, December 25.

Come and join us for our annual Hymn Sing Service at 10:30 am on Sunday, December 28.

Monday, December 29 is the deadline for copy for the 2008 Annual Report.
