Open and Affirming

On October 29^th, Justin Adkins and Barbara Walvoord coordinated a “Rainbow Potluck” attended by approximately 30 church members, and college students.  Following the potluck dinner, was a phone calling session to encourage California voters to defeat Proposition 8.  Although this effort did not result in the defeat of Proposition 8, it was a very successful evening with many people excited about the opportunity to help with an important issue.
