OWNING OF THE COVENANT Co-Moderators
We desire and by the Aids of Divine Grace do promise to walk in all the Statutes and Ordinances of the Lord, to assemble for God’s worship, to keep Holy the Sabbath Day, to maintain Family Religion and Secret Prayer, and to honor our High and Holy Vocations by Lives of Piety toward God and Benevolence toward all People, and so do now join ourselves into this Church and covenant to walk with it in Christian Love and Faithfulness according to the Rules given us in God’s Holy Word.
This we do in humble Dependence on God, praying that God will enable us to be Faithful and Steadfast in this Covenant. Amen.

BUSINESS OF THE CHURCH Co-Moderators
1. To hear summarized the minutes of the 243rd Annual Meeting.
2. To present awards and honor 50-year members.
3. To act on the proposed budget for 2009.
4. To vote on new officers and members of clusters and committees and to install those newly elected.
5. To extend our Covenant with Habitat for Humanity.
6. To consider proposed changes to the Bylaws
7. To act on the allocation of the Makepeace Funds.
8. To consider the reports of clusters and committees for the past year.
9. To consider sending greetings to previous pastors.
10. To act on any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
