This centrally located iconic structure in the heart of town is available for a variety of venues at affordable rates. You needn’t be a member of the church to contract for use of the space. It can be used for:

- funerals or memorial services
- anniversaries
- birthdays
- classes
- dances
- public forums
- yoga/exercise classes
- college student groups
- book groups
- holiday events
- community events
- celebrations of all types
There are plenty of options that can be suited to whatever you may require, including:
- Our classic colonial- style Sanctuary, which can seat up to 300 people, featuring an Andover pipe organ to provide music.
- Fellowship Hall, a large gathering space with performance stage, that can accommodate up to 150 in a variety of set ups and is adjoined by a large commercial kitchen
- A furnished intimate parlor /sitting room
- A library ideal for informal meetings
- Five classrooms that can be used for small meetings and breakout sessions
- A large open room used for exercise and music classes
- A youth chapel suitable for presentations and meetings
Tables and chairs may be made available and set up to accommodate your needs.
Our parking lot will accommodate 21 to 48 vehicles, depending on the time of day.

The Sanctuary is a colonial style interior with box pews, a platform pulpit area, and entrances from both Main Street and Chapin Drive. Seating will accommodate up to 300 people.
Fellowship Hall
This large open space can be used for a variety of purposes—meetings, presentations, dinners, and other events. Events have included the Starlight Stage summer presentations, the Wild Oats annual meeting and dinner, the Habitat for Humanity Christmas Tree Showcase, the ABC Clothing Sale and the church tag sale. Seating capacity is up to 150 people. A large commercial kitchen can be used for food preparation and service.
