Carol Stein-Payne, Deborah Burns, and Annette Triquère will all be appearing in the Williamstown Theatre Festival production of Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play “Our Town,” directed by WTF Artistic Director Nicholas Martin, running July 28-August 8 on the Main Stage. The professional cast includes Becky Ann Baker, Dylan Baker, Kevin Cahoon, Nancy E. Carroll, Jessica Hecht, Brie Larson, Bryce Pinkham, Will Rogers, Graham Rowatt, John Rubinstein, Campbell Scott, and Jon Patrick Walker. Come and see First Church kids Molly Hynes and Aaron Burns, along with two dozen other talented local youngsters, in the Starlight Stage Youth Theatre production of “Through the Looking Glass (And What Alice Found There)” adapted from the book by Lewis Carroll by our own Gail Burns. Her son Brandon is the director. Performances are at 8 pm July 28, 29, 30 & 31 in Fellowship Hall. Tickets are $7 adults, $5 children 12 and under available at the door.

The Starlight Stage Youth Theatre”>Starlight Stage Youth Theatre performances of Gail Burns’ stage adaptation of “Through the Looking Glass (And What Alice Found There)” will be at 8 pm Thursday, July 28-Saturday, July 31 in Fellowship Hall. Tikcets $7 adults, $5 children 12 and under available at the door.

We celebrate Communion at 9:30 am on Sunday, August 1. We practice open communion at this Church. Christians of any age and any denomination are welcome to receive the elements.

Our Wednesday Evening Summer Sing-Along Potlucks conclude on Wednesday, August 11 at 5:30 pm at the Williamstown Rural Lands Foundation headquarters at Sheep Hill on Rts. 7 & 2 just south of town. Gail Burns will be leading us in Broadway Favorites. Bring your own eating ware, something to drink, and a chair.

There will be a memorial service for Betsy Hart Doughty Debevoise at 2 pm on Saturday, August 14. A reception will follow in Fellowship Hall.

We worship at 9:30 am on Sunday, August 15 & 22.

Regular office hours of 9 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday resume on Monday, August 23.

Meals-on-Wheels Food Preparation will take place from 9 am-noon on Saturday, August 28.

We worship at 9:30 am on Sunday, August 29.

The Church Office will be closed for the Annual Staff Retreat on Tuesday, August 31.
