The following posts contain answers to frequently asked questions.  They are in no particular order since, well, who are we to decide which questions are the most important or what answer is most pressing to you. So, wander through and if you are missing an answer to an as-yet un-asked question, post it as a comment to this first post. We’ll get our crack squad of question answerers and answer questioners on the case right away!

Hmmm, so the website doesn’t look quite right on your computer… or you clicked on something and got a “not found error”… or you have a great idea for the website (Oohhh! We like those!)… or perhaps you’d just like to say Hi!  How do you do that?  Well, you can always send an email to fcc.willi@firstchurchwilliamstown.org.  However, then your great idea or horrible bug is just a secret between you and Gail and maybe Brian.  If you really want to try out the wonders of the new site, why don’t you post your complaint, suggestion or comment as a comment to the appropriate post on the Feedback page.

So, how do you post a comment on the feedback page?  Click on the word “Feedback” in the upper right hand corner of every page.  Then find the most appropriate post (for example, the one with the title “I Have a Great Idea!”) and click on the “Comments” link at the bottom of the post.  That will show you all the great ideas that others have left and it will give you a little form where you can leave your own comment.  Type in your comment and click on the “submit” button at the bottom of the comment form.  That’s all you need to do.  Gail will be notified that there is a new comment and everyone else will be able to see your great idea too!
