How to Contribute Online

You may make an online contribution or payment to the First Congregational Church of Williamstown, either one-time or recurring, scheduled either for today or in the future.

After entering your name and address, phone number and e-mail, please enter your payment amount, its purpose(s), and indicate whether your payment is a one-time or recurring payment.

If you are setting up recurring monthly payments, it would be most efficient if you would choose either the 11th or 22nd of the month, or if you prefer weekly payments, to choose Mondays. That way, our receipts are consolidated, reducing administrative time and fees. Of course, we will accept your gift on any day!

For each contribution, please enter the amount and purpose(s), including any notes in the memo field to the right of each amount.

• Pledge / Contribution – for unrestricted pledge payments or other unrestricted contributions (Please include “Pledge” or “Gift” in the memo field)
• Restricted Gifts – for any restricted contribution (Please include restriction in the memo field such as; Church School Fund, Deacons’ Fund, Music Fund, etc.
• Special Offering – for offerings such as One Great Hour of Sharing, Neighbors in Need, etc. (Please include name of Special Offering in the memo field)
• Building Use – for a building reservation (Please use the memo field for details)
• Other – for anything else, such as flowers, memorial fund contributions, retreats, etc. (Please use the memo field to note the purpose)

You may also send an e-mail to finance@firstchurchwilliamstown.org if you wish to clarify anything further about your contribution.

After entering your name, address, and contribution details, please click “Continue.” You will then be asked for your Bank Routing Number, a series of numbers that can be found along the bottom left of your check, and your Account Number.

Your contribution will be deducted from your bank account and electronically deposited into the church account. It’s convenient, efficient, and entirely paperless. You will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail.

If you set up a recurring transaction and wish to change it, please contact finance@firstchurchwilliamstown.org. Your change will be made within a few days. If you need immediate assistance, please call the Church Office 413-458-4273 during regular business hours.
