Welcome to Sunday School!

We welcome the children of our community to our church school. Our calendar for 2010 is very busy. The church school is busy making Hygiene Kits and Baby Care Kits for Church World Service who will send them on to Haiti and other disaster areas.

We have also decided to make quilts for Project Linus. The quilts are being sent to Haiti so people will have something to sleep on besides the hard ground. The kids are tying three quilts and covering them with their art work. We hope to convey the message that they are not alone and we care about their lives.

We are also doing several fund raisers to help support a young lady of 12 who we sponsor in Ethiopia.

During Lent we are holding two church events beginning with a meal at 5:30. On March 3 families will be planting Papers Whites and making pretzels to help remind us of all Jesus did for us. On March 24 we will be decorating sugar eggs to symbolize the new beginning we celebrate at Easter.

On May 2 the church school will join the Northern Berkshire CROP Walk. There is a lot to do and learn! Come and try one of our Sundays!
