Ever wonder what makes our Steeple Clock tick? Well, for one thing, it takes a dedicated Clock Tender! For many decades that man was Cecil Harvey, but this past year Cecil passed his wisdom on to Trevor Murphy, who has made the care and regular winding of our clock his special ministry. Trevor has created a video and a manual on the workings of our clock. For nearly a century Williams students have relied on the many faces of our clock, visible from their dorm room windows, to get to class on time. Take this opportunity to find out more about this fascinating and historic part of our building.
