WARRANT FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING
The 247th Annual Meeting of the First Congregational Church-United Church of Christ, Williamstown, Massachusetts, will be held as a part of the 10 am worship service on Sunday, January 29, 2012, for the purpose of conducting the following business.
1. To hear summarized the minutes of the 246th Annual Meeting.
2. To present awards and honor 50 year members.
3. To receive year-end 2011 Financial Report
4. To receiver the report of the Nominating Committee and vote on new officers and members of clusters and committees.
5. To install new officers and members of clusters and committees.
6. To extend our Covenant with Habitat for Humanity.
7. To act on the allocation of the Makepeace Funds.
8. To consider the reports of clusters and committees for the past year.
10. To consider sending greetings to previous pastors.
11. To act on any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
