How to Survive Thanksgiving

November 15 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Soon, families from all over the United States will gather once again to give thanks for each other and the bounty of their lives.
And they’re at risk of having That Conversation – all over again.
As democracy erodes; as horror on the left escalates; as incredulity at the brazenness of our administration’s policies and rhetoric sprouts in even conservative minds, what is That Conversation going to sound like this year? How can family members survive their differences with love and gratitude?
That’s what we’re going to talk about on Saturday November 15, 2025 in Community Hall of the First Congregational Church Williamstown.

We’ll talk about the language you can use to connect with different perspectives the listening skills you can use to learn and keep yourself and others safe the practices you can use to keep yourself centered and grounded in love.
Please join us for a lively and hopeful conversation about bringing love home for Thanksgiving!
